Project Blackbody: Meltdown

Project Blackbody: Meltdown is a fast-paced, first-person game set within the confines of an Arctic Black Site. While in the midst of a live combat presentation of Project Blackbody, a portable yet highly experimental energy source affixed to a combat suit, the instillation falls under siege. With the inevitable conclusion that the facility will soon fall under enemy control, and with the Blackbody asset at risk of being stolen, the evacuation alarms are sounded; the facility is to be scorched and burned to the ground. In order to prevent any information from being acquired by the enemy, you must utilize the enhanced capabilities of the Blackbody suit to navigate through the now critically damaged facility.

This 3D experience will take the advanced movement/traversal mechanics of a Parkour game and combine them with the precision of a first-person shooter. These mechanics will be applied to the main story arc which is based around the last remaining operative within the Artic Black Site. However, the operative has the advantage of using the Project Blackbody combat suit which gives you enhanced abilities but at a cost.  Every enhanced action the player takes throughout the game generates heat in the combat suit. If too much heat is accumulated in the suit, it renders all enhanced abilities inoperable leaving the player vulnerable to injury or death.
